Oui, the Media
Last week was all about putting the “me” in “media” as they say (though sometimes they say “I”).
I’ll keep this brief: Besides my usual appearances in the Bohemian, Pacific Sun, and on The Drive 95.5 FM , I also appeared on San Francisco public radio juggernaut KQED.
The occasion was one of their Perspective monologues, in which Bay Area people tell ya what it’s all about. Mine was all about “sublime mediocrity,” an audio redux of a recent column tracing the travails and tribulations of being an artist.
